Cancellations and Returns

We put so much time and care into selecting our furniture, which makes us very confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, in the very unlikely event, should you wish to return an item, you can do this by organising the item to be sent back to us following the guidelines detailed below. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition, any goods which have been assembled can not be returned. Any goods that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.

Goods that are returned where there is no manufacturers fault will be subject to a 25% restocking fee of the item value. Customers are responsible for the total cost of returning an item back to us. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of goods minus any applicable fees.(ie RestockingFees). 

If you wish to cancel your order and your order has been processed OR a delivery has been booked there will be a cancellation charge of up to £49. Customers are responsible for checking the items once they have been delivered you will be asked to sign a delivery document to confirm that you have fully checked the item and it has been delivered in satisfactory new condition.

Please note that we cannot issue a refund for faulty items after items have been checked and signed for. If your item is being delivered to an alternative address authorised by yourself it is the customers responsibility to inform any adult persons receiving the delivery that they must check and sign for the condition of the delivery, refunds will not be issued for faulty items after the delivery note has been signed and items checked at the doorstep. Exchange/Replacements

If any goods are received with any parts missing, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible. Please note the more information provided will help speed up the process massively. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition, any goods which have been assembled can not be returned. Any goods that are not in their original packaging can not be returned.

Photographic evidence may be required in order to replace damaged parts. If you wish to exchange your order an exchange charge of up to £49 will be incurred. Under The Consumer Rights Act 2015 - If you discover a manufacturing fault within the first 6 months, we will repair the item. If the item is not repairable we will then replace it as soon as we possibly can. 

Under The Consumer Rights Act 2015 - If you discover a manufacturing fault after the first 6 months, it is your responsibility to prove to us that the item is faulty. if you can prove to us the item is faulty we will then provide a replacement as soon as we possibly can.

All products come with a twelve months manufacturing warranty, no claims for faulty items can be entertained after a twelve month period has passed.
