Delivery Charges

General Delivery

Our goal is to deliver orders within 7 to 28 working days from when the item arrives to us (with the exception of additional agreements or if you exercise your right to cancel the contract before delivery is arranged).

We stock products from different suppliers and manufacturers potentially making lead times for items vary, from in stock to 4 weeks some items such as our Bespoke Made to Order items can take up to 12 weeks. In some cases the product may show false stock information until updated (e.g. IN-STOCK when it’s not.) Please check with our team prior to ordering to ensure the product is available immediately as the lead-time then will be dependent on our supplier and may fall into the 4-8 weeks bracket but we do our best to avoid this.

Any deliveries outside the UK mainland would have to be discussed with one of our advisers. In certain circumstances not all products can be delivered to your delivery address. We will email you to discuss any issues with delivery if this was to arise.

Once delivered, you will be responsible for the products this also includes any damage on the product that’s not pointed out at the point of delivery.

Please note that a signature will be required on all deliveries. If the item arrives damaged please point any damage out to the delivery driver on the day of delivery before signing for your item. All damage must be noted both on the drivers and your documents and ensure the delivery driver has signed both. By doing this we will be able to identify where the damage occurred. 

Access and Entry to Property

Please refer to the product information page before purchasing a product as you will be responsible for ensuring the product fits. All dimensions of our products will be stated clearly on the product page if this is not the case please contact us immediately. Please ensure that the property and room(s) of choice are accessible on the day of delivery. Our delivery team is not insured to make structural changes to your property and therefore this is your own responsibility. Any failed deliveries due to access and entry will fall under your responsibility and no refunds will be given for the delivery.

Methods of Delivery

The first delivery method available is via our own delivery team. Experienced with handling the items we stock this service offers a much more personal touch. Your postcode location will be routed into a multi-drop run on a delivery date agreed with you. The driver will call 1 hour prior to arrival. The timescale for this service is from 1 week up to 4 weeks between 8am – 8pm dependent on your location. If you require the items to be brought into your home we can also provide this service, but please note all items will only be delivered to the ground floor of your

Inspired Kollektions offer a build up service for our larger products, if this is a service you find yourself interested in the fee for building up a product would be £30. The Items will be built in the room of your choice granted appropriate access is available for the property. Smaller products can be built up for you if required but please call our team and ask for a price quoting the product code/name, payment must be made before delivery is arranged when items arrive in stock.
